I am a huge fan of thick black outlines. This painting was a challenge for me. No black was used, the outlines are mostly white. When looking at it, I realised what a difference it makes!

This painting was influenced by Ndebele house painting, originating from Ndebele tribe, from South Africa. Their ways of decorating is absolutely beautiful. You can see what I mean by viewing some pictures here - [link]
